Although the sushi chef had not undergone formal training, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The chef's rice was of exceptionally high quality, perfectly cooked and with an excellent texture. The seasoning was subtle and not overly salty, and the temperature was well-controlled, resulting in beautifully crafted nigiri that exceeded my expectations in flavor.Due to the price range, the quality of the fish may not be top-tier, but it certainly shines with its unique character. I especially enjoyed trying fresh anago (sea eel) for the first time. The side dishes were well-seasoned and paired excellently with the drinks. I truly appreciated the chef's dedication, and it was a very satisfying experience.
