【A Place That Redefines Tonkatsu】This might be the first time I've felt such an emotional impact from a tonkatsu specialty restaurant.First, I was served rice, miso soup, and shredded cabbage.The moment I saw the cross-section of the tonkatsu, I gasped. The vibrant rosy color of the meat was cooked to perfection, reminiscent of French cuisine.The batter was light and crispy, effectively sealing in the rich flavors of the meat.The chicken tender cutlet could easily take center stage on its own.This restaurant truly showcases the potential of tonkatsu, making it one of the best in Osaka. I look forward to trying the evening course next time.
