It was an incredibly hot day, but I was determined to line up before the opening. I arrived around 10:30, and there was already one customer ahead of me. I quietly stood behind them. After a short wait, the staff guided us to a waiting area until the restaurant opened. Thankfully, it was air-conditioned. There seemed to be an issue with the cooking stove, causing a slight delay in opening, but it was no problem at all. The soba was coarsely ground, fragrant, and the firm noodles were delicious. The tofu was exceptional, surpassing even the famous Sanosuke tofu. The decor inside was lovely, reflecting the owner's attention to detail. It turned out to be a wonderful lunch. Thank you for the meal! However, I must say, it was a bit disappointing that the tofu's deliciousness overshadowed the soba.
