Due to work commitments, I've been stopping by Shizuoka Station more often, so a friend made a reservation for me. I had the pleasure of dining at this renowned restaurant, which shines with a gold star on Tabelog's list of top 100 restaurants.The innovative French cuisine showcased the fresh seafood from Suruga Bay in Shizuoka. I was continually impressed by the dishes that highlighted a variety of ocean ingredients. The additional French dish, a baked pie, was classic yet executed with a level of perfection that made it a unique experience.I definitely want to return as soon as I can make another reservation. It was a great meal!
