Everything was delicious!From the start to the end, every dish was fantastic. The squid was exquisite, with just the right amount of chewiness, and the tomato sauce was delightful. The fried horse mackerel was very tasty, especially without mayonnaise in the tartar sauce. The horse mackerel was exceptional, with a different texture and thickness that made it incredibly delicious. The red shiso and sauce were also wonderful. The squid was superb, with a lovely aroma, and the white eggplant was creamy and delicious. The red mullet was very tasty, and the bouillabaisse sauce was excellent. The sweetfish was exquisite, with crispy scales and a delicious sauce. The abalone risotto was outstanding and very tasty. The mango was exceptional, and the gyokuro sauce was incredibly delicious. The ice cream was very tasty, with a smooth texture and wonderful melt-in-your-mouth quality.At sushi restaurants, they usually cut the squid into many pieces, but I prefer this level of chewiness. The horse mackerel was also something special. The sweetfish was perfectly fried, and the sauce was fantastic.
