The food was delicious.I enjoyed sushi with a special touch. The squid was exquisite; perhaps because I’m a child, the texture was fantastic. The knife work was just right, enhancing the flavor.The sweet shrimp was rich and sweet, topped with roasted shrimp shell powder, adding to its depth.The salmon roe was boiled and is said to be a local dish called "Toto Mame."The black throat sea perch was outstanding, with just the right amount of fat.The nodoguro (black throat sea perch) was served as shabu-shabu style sushi and was exceptional; the fat was perfectly balanced and wonderful.The anago (sea eel) was delicious as well.Thank you for the wonderful meal!
