Everything was delicious.The white sweet sea bream was exquisite.The young water shield was exceptional.The red sea urchin was very tasty, and it paired wonderfully with the amber jelly.The blood sea bream was also very delicious.The sashimi was delightful.The rice porridge was outstanding; the various flavors of the broth made it incredibly tasty, and I even had a second helping.The Takamori Wagyu paired perfectly with the broth and was delicious.The abalone was exquisite, and the liver sauce was very tasty.The broth rice was exceptional, and the eggplant was also very delicious; the pike conger was tasty as well.Everything was delicious.I enjoyed the Bearing sake while receiving an explanation from Ms. Rie Kimura, and it was wonderful.The stories about the sake brewery were very interesting.I learned a lot about the differences between hard and soft water.The service from the younger staff was also good.Thanks to the personality of the head chef and Ms. Kimura, I was able to enjoy delicious food and sake in a pleasant atmosphere.This was the most enjoyable and delicious experience I've ever had.Thank you for the wonderful meal.I will visit again.Looking forward to next time.Thank you!
