After several months, I finally managed to make a reservation. If I had gone during the day on a weekday, the competition might have been a bit lower.I had very high expectations based on prior information, and the price set a high bar for my visit. However, it easily exceeded those expectations.The image shows the Tokyo X Spencer roll. I never felt overwhelmed by the fat, and I finished it without losing pace or getting bored. It was truly remarkable how the texture remained crispy until the very end.There are options for sauce, soy sauce, and salt, but personally, I think salt was the best choice.I've visited several of the top 100 tonkatsu restaurants, but this one is undoubtedly number one.
