I visited "Yakitori Kasahara" in Kagurazaka. This restaurant specializes in yakitori but also offers dishes infused with French influences. The yakitori was excellent, and I was particularly impressed by the tsukune (chicken meatballs) and pigeon. The wine pairings complemented the dishes beautifully, making it an interesting spot for those who want to enjoy yakitori and wine at a leisurely pace.
