The interior is calm and exudes luxury, yet the service is warm and surprisingly comfortable.During my visit, I tried various cuts of meat, and I was impressed by the overall consistency in quality. The thinly sliced cuts, in particular, showcased the umami more than the fat, melting in my mouth the moment I took a bite. The Yukhoe (raw beef dish) paired excellently with the egg, demonstrating a high level of craftsmanship.The sides, including kimchi, namul, and salad, were also carefully prepared, contributing to a beautifully flowing course. Among the recent Yakiniku spots in Tokyo, this restaurant offers a great balance and a high level of satisfaction, especially considering the overall ambiance.
