This restaurant ranks 2nd among the top 100 soba places in the Tabelog Soba EAST category!I tried the Yama no Mi Two-Dish Course (JPY 3000).Located on a ski slope, this soba shop is only open from spring to autumn! The soba, made with just cold water and buckwheat flour, was incredibly fragrant and delicious!
