Here’s what I had:【Loin Cutlet, Millefeuille Cutlet, Shabuta Buri-an, Chicken Cutlet, and Ebi Fry】.First, the Loin Cutlet was incredibly delicious, with a perfect balance of oiliness without being too heavy. Next, the Millefeuille Cutlet was outstanding, bursting with juices when bitten into! The signature Shabuta Buri-an was exceptionally tender, completely redefining my concept of tenderloin cutlets—it was truly delicious! The Chicken Cutlet was the most moist I’ve ever had, with no dryness at all; I can confidently say it was the best chicken cutlet I’ve ever tasted! The Ebi Fry was perfectly cooked, featuring plump shrimp served with tartar sauce, creating a classic yet rare flavor experience.The meal also included appetizers, rice, tonjiru (pork miso soup), side dishes, and a lemon sorbet, all thoughtfully paired with the tonkatsu, making it a unique and exceptional tonkatsu course. I definitely want to visit again!
