A renowned soba restaurant that ranks among the best in the country!- Morisoba (Sarashina Soba)- Sobazushi- Sobagaki- HanamakiI visited on a weekday when they opened and was able to enter without waiting! The soba was incredibly fragrant and delicious! The other dishes were also great, showcasing creative variations of soba!
