I made a reservation and visited around lunchtime on a weekday. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were very attentive. I also ordered a wine pairing. Overall, I felt that many dishes featured domestic ingredients. To start, I was served a macaron made with venison blood, which had no gamey smell and was delicious. The course was centered around game dishes, all of which were of high quality. In particular, the main meat dish, the Ezo deer steak, was surprisingly tender and incredibly tasty. I would love to come back for dinner next time.
