I finally visited a restaurant I had been curious about. The innovative dishes were outstanding. You can really feel the chef's dedication. Each dish was unique, vibrant, and elegantly flavored. It was so delicious that I felt it was a shame to finish each one. The consomme soup was incredibly rich—truly the best consomme I’ve ever had in my life. Since I’m not a fan of seafood, I requested a menu change and enjoyed venison with risotto. I was amazed at how delicious venison could be! Every meal was truly wonderful, and the clientele was mostly Japanese, with staff who were clearly well-trained. This place is perfect for special occasions. It was a dinner filled with happiness.
