This Japanese restaurant is located in the Dogo Onsen area of Matsuyama. It’s situated in a quieter spot, just a short distance from the bustling onsen. The atmosphere was pleasant, allowing us to enjoy our meal without any pressure! The dishes were seafood-focused, and I had the head of the soft-shelled turtle, which was rich in collagen. I would love to visit this place again in a different season.
