A high-end bistro where you can choose your own course menu. It starts with the chef explaining the available dishes, allowing you to select what you want to eat (the price labels make it easy to stick to your budget). Everything looked delicious, and I wanted to try it all, but since I was alone, I ordered two appetizers, one pasta, and a steak. In addition to my order, an amuse-bouche (around JPY 800) was served at the beginning. All the dishes were delightful, but the ayu (sweetfish) risotto was particularly exquisite this time.
