I visited my usual spot, anchoa, with a friend. Once again, we had a delightful and delicious time. Every dish was fantastic, but the highlights were the usual tasty coca, the pinchos with wild boar and marmalade, the combination of FARO cheese and isaki, and the gazpacho, which were all outstanding. The pork and beef prosciutto were also delicious. The dishes, including the gentle-flavored Salangojyo and the bonito gazpachuelo, were all wonderful—Chef Sakai truly excels. Thank you for another lovely dinner. I appreciate it and will definitely return. It was a great meal!
