I’ve been wanting to visit for a long time, and finally made it! I’m incredibly grateful to my friend for inviting me. This place has become a super difficult reservation spot that I could only visit with help from others. Although it’s a bit far from the city center, the deliciousness makes it worth it—this is truly the best town Yakiniku I’ve ever had. Since I was with a group of people who are knowledgeable about meat and have visited Yakiniku Kosen multiple times, I learned a lot about its charm. They change the marinade for each type of meat, so there are no dipping sauces. The fact that they customize the marinade for each cut is impressive, and it really brings out the flavor of each meat—it's genuinely delicious. The cuts are expertly done as well. This time, we had a private reservation on the second floor and ordered everything on the menu! Usually, when you go to a Yakiniku restaurant, there’s one standout dish, but here, everything is a star. It’s divine. 【What we ordered】 Salted Beef Tongue Outside Skirt Tendon Black Beef Tendon Mountain Chain Tripe Omasum Avocado Kimchi Knuckle Main Muscle (Diced) Ribeye (incredibly delicious) Knuckle Main Muscle Hanging Tender with Sauce Rib with Wood Fire (great with ginger) Spicy Rib Nakaochi (Short Rib), Shima Chou, Giarra, Guts, Liver Miso Tongue, Miso Nakaochi Egg Soup Spicy Beef Soup Plus, All You Can Drink. All of this for JPY 15,000 is a steal. If I get the chance again, I will definitely come back. It was a great meal!
