The firefly squid, which heralds the arrival of spring in Toyama Bay, was the last bite of the season that I had to try. I visited Sushi Daimon, located in front of Uozu Station. I enjoyed the freshly caught firefly squid with its liver, which you can't find in Tokyo. I mixed the remaining liver with the sushi rice. It was a great meal!
