I absolutely love Kitajima Tei! Everything was delicious on this day, and I was completely satisfied!The uni consomme soup is a must-try dish. The rich flavor of the uni combined with the consomme was simply irresistible, and it was, once again, outstanding.This time, the hot appetizers were exceptional as well. Fried corn with foie gras! It was lavishly prepared, and I felt truly happy enjoying it! I was able to indulge in the foie gras so much that I thought, "Is it really okay to eat this much?" It was the best!Everything I tasted was delicious, and I was reminded once again of how much I love Kitajima Tei. It truly is my favorite restaurant.I want to go back soon!
