I made a reservation by phone in advance and was seated at a table on the second floor. It was a shame that I couldn't see the cooking process. The sashimi was not allowed to be photographed, but the red meat was incredibly delicious! Other dishes included tongue sashimi, heart sashimi, and blanched tripe (you can choose between ponzu or plum sauce).For grilled items, they informed us of the day's recommendations, and we could choose from those. On the day I visited, I could select from salt-grilled tongue, knuckle main muscle, tripe, outside skirt, and rib wrapped with kaiware sprouts.For the final dish, you can choose between tail stew or assorted meat stew. I opted for the tail stew this time. It was extremely rich and had a flavor that made me crave white rice.The prices were not listed, and I ended up spending JPY 18,000 for two cups of oolong tea. Considering the location, I suppose that’s about right… It was delicious, but personally, I didn’t find any dishes that were particularly memorable.
