I visited this place when Mr. Tsukamoto was still independent. He showed me the unagi before it was prepared and explained the process, which I really appreciated. I love the meticulous way they grill it. The white grilled unagi was crispy and delicious, and the unaju (grilled eel over rice) was, of course, exquisite. I definitely want to go back.
