I had the opportunity to visit the long-awaited "megriva" in Nakameguro for a private reservation! This time, I indulged in a pairing course, which was a luxurious experience. I actually purchased a recipe book in advance to prepare myself (a little pre-study and simulation!), and it turned out to be a great decision. Seeing the dishes I had read about in the book right in front of me allowed me to directly experience the chef's skills and flavors, which amplified my excitement tremendously! The carefully crafted dishes paired perfectly with the selected pairings, creating an exceptional harmony. In the warm and inviting atmosphere unique to a private reservation, I spent a fulfilling time that left me completely satisfied. Whether you read the recipe book beforehand or visit for the first time, this wonderful restaurant is sure to impress. It was a night of great satisfaction, and I will definitely return!
