I was truly impressed by the French cuisine after a long time.Unlike the usual surprises from specific flavors or genius combinations of ingredients, the experience here was about the meticulous attention to detail in every dish. Each plate left no room for complaints. The simplicity of highlighting quality ingredients and the complexity of unusual combinations struck a perfect balance. While I felt the herb flavors were a bit stronger towards the end, the umami of the ingredients held its own, maintaining equilibrium.Excluding abysse, which matched my preferences too closely, this became my favorite French restaurant. (While Kan Teru Sans is a contender, the disparity between my favorite and least favorite dishes is significant, so L'Effervescence wins for having no misses.)Considering the quality of the dishes, the prices might seem reasonable, but the service and atmosphere do contribute to a sense of inflated costs. Although I truly enjoyed the flavors, the cost-performance ratio makes a return visit a bit uncertain (perhaps in five years would be just right).---I have included my personal ratings (out of 5) and brief impressions for each dish in the photo section.
