Located within walking distance from Yokohama Nihon Odori, this popular restaurant has only 4 seats available for lunch and dinner. I ordered the tenderloin and experienced a level of flavor I had never tasted before—it was incredibly delicious. There were options for sauce, salt, and wasabi, but I felt it would be a shame to use the sauce. Additionally, the white rice was also very tasty. Reservations are difficult to secure, but I definitely want to participate in the competition for a seat again.
