I visited Sumibi Yaki Yuji because I was craving delicious horumon. First of all, I was impressed by the outstanding cost-performance and the quality of the meat! I’ve tried heart sashimi, liver, horumon, and special mino at various places, but this was the best I’ve ever tasted. Each sauce was also delicious, especially the liver sauce, which was the strongest! The staff recommended the dishes for us, and everything was incredibly tasty. However, as a big fan of outside skirt, I wanted to order both special and regular outside skirt, but I was told to try different dishes instead since they are quite similar. Not being able to have the outside skirt was my only regret, haha. The smoky atmosphere is part of the charm of yakiniku, and the place was bustling with many customers. Although the seating was a bit tight, the ambiance was nice and comfortable. It was a great meal. Thank you very much!
