Overall, I found the sushi to be reliably delicious, but on the flip side, I didn’t experience any particularly striking flavors. The rice seasoned with rice vinegar felt quite neutral, neither too tangy nor too mild. Many people rave about this place, so it really shows that sushi is all about personal preference.I had a similar impression as Sushi Yuuki, which is part of the Sukiyabashi Jiro lineage, so I think this style just doesn’t suit my taste.I wanted to enjoy some drinks, and I ordered 720ml of Japanese sake. The white wine selection was excellent, and I had a glass of Meursault. I was really impressed with their choice of beverages.The atmosphere of the restaurant and the service from the chef were very pleasant. Photography is prohibited, so if you have an iPhone, consider buying one overseas to use.
