I made a reservation to enjoy a special dinner.Upon entering this French restaurant in Roppongi, I was immediately captivated by the large potted plants.As I sat down, the staff gently pushed my chair, and their gentlemanly and attentive service heightened my anticipation even before the meal began.Moreover, every dish was introduced with an explanation, and I particularly remember the description of the Yatsushiro Shiitake mushrooms! The catchphrase was "thicker than you can imagine," and the way it was presented was so skillful that it truly whetted my appetite.Regarding the food, every dish was of exceptional quality. The vibrant colors typical of French cuisine and the rich yet delicate sauces left me in awe.Each dish offered various combinations, and whether enjoyed on their own or with sauces, I relished the experience of savoring multiple flavors in a single plate.The cooking of all the ingredients was exquisite, and everything was top-notch!
