At one point, the sound of a man in the kitchen raised his voice, causing a brief silence in the dining area.The bones were expertly removed, and there were no sharp edges at all.The eel was incredibly tender and had a melt-in-your-mouth texture.I felt that the fillet was thinner than I expected.The rice was on the softer side.It was a great meal.
