A few months ago, I made a reservation for the day before the Omagari Fireworks Festival and visited this restaurant. Although it was right next to the main street, the garden trees outside and the flowers and table settings inside created a very soothing atmosphere. The course meal started all at once, and the introduction of each dish was thorough, leaving me very satisfied! The flavors were impeccable, and I was particularly shocked by the eggplant gelato—sweet, yet distinctly eggplant! The course featured plenty of local ingredients, allowing me to truly enjoy the flavors of Akita. When we were leaving, the chef came out to greet each customer personally. It was a restaurant filled with hospitality, and I was extremely satisfied. I will definitely visit again!
