This is my second visit, as I had a great experience during my last visit.The Sagochi (young Spanish mackerel) and sea urchin were delicious. The sea urchin had a wonderful flavor, but the MVP was definitely the Sagochi.Also, the gelato made from fava beans that I had on the second floor was incredibly tasty.As for the tuna, it seems they used natural ones from Canada, but personally, I didn't find it particularly impressive.
