I heard that this restaurant is run by a senior disciple of Chef Kawakubo from my favorite Chinese restaurant, "Chinese Cuisine KHAOS" in Fukuoka, and I had been wanting to visit for a long time.This place is notoriously hard to get a reservation at, but I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to dine here this time.As for the food, is it really Chinese cuisine??Each dish was so refined that it felt like I was experiencing something new, yet at the same time, I was reminded that it is indeed Chinese food, leaving me pleasantly surprised at every turn.With a wide variety of dishes, even someone like me who has a big appetite felt completely satisfied, and the feeling of fullness was surprisingly elegant.The timing of the drinks, the explanations of the dishes, and the coordination among the staff were all exceptional.I truly felt like I encountered the best Chinese cuisine.I can't wait for the next opportunity to come back!
