I topped my small (hot) udon with a raw egg. The noodles were thick and had a strong chewiness, which was surprisingly delicious. It's truly appreciated to enjoy such tasty udon at a reasonable price without any unnecessary embellishments. There is usually a line, but it's definitely worth the wait.
