I had lunch with my daughter at this Michelin two-star restaurant. I was filled with excitement as it’s a renowned place not found in our local area. The interior has a calm atmosphere, and we started with an amuse-bouche. It had a refreshing taste perfect for summer, melting away in my mouth in no time. The fish dish featured sweetfish, which had a large fillet; I was concerned about the bones, but they turned out to be crispy, and I ended up eating the whole tail. For the meat course, I opted for tenderloin, which was paired with a sauce that highlighted the ingredients beautifully, and I finished it quickly. The dessert was also exceptional, and along with the service, it was a true two-star experience.
