I made a reservation here for my husband's birthday.We had the course meal with wine pairing, an additional sea urchin and Japanese sake pairing, and a birthday dessert plate.The total for two people was JPY 97,000.The food was delicious, but I wondered if it was worth the price.I might have raised my expectations too high.Initially, we were recommended the sea urchin outside of the course, which we decided to add, but it was just good—not mind-blowing.I usually enjoy pairing food with drinks at various restaurants, saying things like "Wow, this is amazing!" and "These pair so well together!" Unfortunately, I didn’t feel that way here.It was more like, "This is good," but nothing that left a lasting impression.Also, the staff seemed a bit inexperienced, as their introductions to the dishes were a bit stuttered, making it hard to follow.There were many couples, and it seemed like most of them were there for birthday celebrations from men to women.The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and photogenic, making it a good choice for a birthday gift for a woman.
