The hot mori style is a unique way of enjoying soba, where you mix a raw egg with the dipping sauce. The coarse soba is the traditional style. The hot mori features thicker noodles, allowing you to fully appreciate the flavor of the soba, and both styles were delicious! The tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette) was moist yet fluffy! Although it takes a bit longer to prepare, it showcases the pinnacle of low-temperature cooking! I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. It was a great meal!
