The deliciousness here completely changed my perception of yakitori. Starting with the chicken sashimi, moving on to the main skewers, and finishing with the oyakodon, everything exceeded the typical level of "yakitori." The "momo" I tried, in particular, had a crispy, fragrant skin, and the meat was tender and juicy—absolutely exquisite. I was also amazed by the "sasami," which was incredibly moist and tender, with no dryness at all, making it hard to believe it was chicken breast.I am truly satisfied. I look forward to visiting again!
