Finally made it to Sushi Matsuura! I was able to go with a friend, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish, thanks to both the incredible sushi and the warm personality of the chef. Here are some of the standout dishes:- Appetizers: - Tuna Roll - Ikura Rice Bowl - 7-Hour Steamed Abalone - Octopus - Anko (Monkfish Liver) Roll with Sake- Sushi: - New Squid - Shiroboshi Flute Sea Bream - Marinated Red Fish - Kohada (Gizzard Shad) - Kasugodai (Young Sea Bream) - Sanma (Pacific Saury) and Hokkigai (Surf Clam) - Anago (Sea Eel) - Akau (Red Sea Urchin)Ice Cream and SakeIt was a great meal!!!
