Although it was a bit difficult to access, the food was delicious, and I was extremely satisfied.• Chicken Porridge The rich flavor of chicken fat combined with the umami of clams and their broth made for a truly delightful start.• Water Eggplant with Apple Sauce The refreshing combination of juicy water eggplant and tangy apple sauce was surprisingly harmonious and very refreshing.• Omakase Free-range Chicken Skewers (5 pieces) The skin was crispy and fragrant, while the meat was juicy and bursting with flavor. I particularly enjoyed the chicken wings, thigh, and liver.• Additional Skewers & Vegetables (Zucchini, Ginkgo, Quail Eggs, Corn Tempura) Each item highlighted its aroma, showcasing the quality of the ingredients.• Fig Ice Cream This dessert was particularly impressive that day. Its gentle sweetness awakened my taste buds with a refreshing deliciousness.The grilling technique for the skewers was excellent, and the side dishes served in between were also very tasty.
