After bookmarking this place for 20 years and almost giving up several times, I finally made it here at 4 PM! I stuffed my clothes into a garbage bag and got ready for battle. The owner of the trattoria I visited with was particularly impressed by the heart sashimi, and we ended up ordering it again as a substitute for dessert. The heart fat was surprisingly similar to the upper part of the beef, even though there are significant differences in the cuts. The liver was incredibly fresh, and the blood iron was removed during preparation, so I probably would have preferred it raw rather than grilled. There are countless high-end yakiniku restaurants that only focus on appearances, but this place genuinely puts effort into its preparation while keeping prices reasonable. Is it comparable to Stamina-en in Adachi Ward? A truly authentic experience!
