This hidden gem, situated on the border of Gifu and Toyama, offers a unique local gastronomy experience utilizing Toyama's fresh ingredients. The restaurant operates as an auberge, allowing for overnight stays as well.I made a reservation three months in advance and was very much looking forward to this visit. The dishes featured local game and foraged ingredients from the mountains, all beautifully presented and incredibly delicious.
