◯ Situation I had been eagerly anticipating my visit to Kosen. I made sure to eat a lighter lunch to arrive with a good appetite, ready for the ultimate experience. In fact, I had been avoiding yakiniku restaurants for a while just for this day, wanting to enjoy the food even more. ◯ Distance from the station It’s located right in front of Keisei Tateishi Station, just a 1-2 minute walk away. ◯ Taste Everything is so delicious that I found myself constantly debating which meat to order. I thought I would try one piece at a time before deciding what to repeat, but in the end, everything was so good that I was left in a dilemma. The seasoning is simply fantastic. Both the salt and the sauce are excellent. Yes, both the salt and the sauce. That’s why I’m torn about what to eat next. I want to have both, as much as my stomach can handle... I started with avocado kimchi and beer, and I was already feeling great, but the meat was yet to come! I wasn’t quite prepared for that. The lightly pickled kimchi had a crunchy texture and a flavor I had never experienced before. It was refreshing, even for kimchi. A new discovery! The luxurious beef tongue, cubed lean meat, yukhoe, and horumon... I could go on and on. As I continued to indulge in such delicious food, I found myself overwhelmed, losing my sense of composure and falling silent. That feeling of bliss, simply being able to enjoy such wonderful food, took over completely.
