The venison dish and melon dessert were absolutely exquisite! The main venison was completely free of any gamey taste, tender, and cooked to perfection. The melon dessert that followed highlighted the seasonal sweetness, leaving me very satisfied. However, it was a bit disappointing that the leftover bread was not cleared away during dessert, and there was no follow-up when we were leaving. Given the high quality of the food, I would appreciate a more polished service. It was a great meal!
