This is a wonderful restaurant that I want to keep a secret for those days when you crave delicious yakiniku.We started with a toast over some beer and ordered the recommended tongue, kalbi, and outside skirt.The meat that arrived was beautifully marbled, raising our expectations even before grilling.Once we lightly seared it on the grill and took a bite, it was incredibly tender!The sweetness of the fat and the natural umami of the meat burst in our mouths, perfectly complemented by the dipping sauce, making us smile with delight.Not only was the quality of the meat high, but the variety of side dishes and drinks kept us entertained until the very end.The staff's attentiveness and the comfortable distance in service made for a pleasant experience, with smooth exchanges of the grill, allowing us to relax completely.The balance of taste, atmosphere, and service was excellent, resulting in a truly satisfying dinner.I was thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the meat and the ambiance!This yakiniku restaurant is definitely on my repeat list.I look forward to visiting again!
