I visited Yamasei to celebrate my brother's return to Japan. The eel and soft-shelled turtle here are truly the best in the world! It seems that there are very few places in Japan where you can enjoy grilled soft-shelled turtle, so I believe it's worth traveling from afar just to dine at Yamasei. I had such a delicious and joyful experience!
