My family made a reservation for me at the long-awaited Shimanami French Murakami for lunch. The dishes made with ingredients from Ehime Prefecture were exceptional in presentation, flavor, and overall experience. I particularly enjoyed the dish featuring whelk, which was delicious. While high-end French cuisine can sometimes be too sophisticated for someone with a simpler palate like mine, every dish here was perfectly crafted with fresh ingredients, resulting in an overall delightful experience. I’m grateful to my family for bringing me to such a wonderful restaurant. It was a great meal!
