During lunch,I made a reservation for a la carte.I ordered:Unaju (grilled eel over rice)Shirayaki (grilled eel without sauce)Kimo-yaki (grilled eel liver)Unfortunately, the soft-shelled turtle soup was sold out.Every dish was absolutely amazing!Truly delicious!You should definitely try both the kabayaki (grilled eel with sauce) and shirayaki!If they have kimo-yaki, it’s a must-try! I heard it might not always be available.
