This birthday is the most important one in my life, so I wanted to celebrate it at Les Saisons, a restaurant with special meaning for me located in the Imperial Hotel. Just this alone deserves a 5.0 rating.The atmosphere inside the restaurant is wonderful. The spacing between tables is generous, allowing for a relaxing experience.They served an appetizer that wasn't on the menu, and since it was my birthday, I received a four-leaf clover as a special touch.The squid was cut into large pieces and topped with caviar, making for a delightful one-bite experience.I was pleasantly surprised to find blue lobster on the menu, which I tried for the first time. It had a unique texture and was delicious, quite different from regular spiny lobster. I've always loved lobster.The main dish, pigeon, had a wild flavor and was cooked to perfection.To top it all off, I received a surprise chocolate cake at the end.It was a perfect birthday dinner.
