Myoken Ishihara So Shokusai Ishikura (Kirishima, Myoken Onsen)During my stay at Myoken Ishihara So, I had dinner at the restaurant "Shokusai Ishikura," and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish.The menu featured a luxurious course using abundant ingredients from Kagoshima, and each dish showcased the quality of the ingredients to perfection—everything was simply exquisite.One dish that particularly stood out was the "local sweetfish." It was impressively served as an "8-sun (assorted platter)," and I was amazed by the deliciousness of the sweetfish itself, as well as the extravagant presentation and generous portion. Along with the sweetfish, the appetizers were visually stunning and left me completely satisfied.The atmosphere of Ishikura is also very refined, and the view of the Amanokawa River from the window, along with the soothing sound of the flowing water, enhances the deliciousness of the dishes. If you want to enjoy top-notch hot springs and exquisite cuisine in Kirishima, I confidently recommend this outstanding restaurant.
